The social media agency will be responsible for webcare, community management and monitoring for all MediaMarkt Benelux socials such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitter.


Earlier this year, MediaMarkt Benelux started looking for a new social agency to differentiate itself in the field of conversation management. After a tender process, the match was found with Somention.
