Every day, countless people pass through Dutch train stations, but a station is more than just a place you pass through. Itโs a place where unexpected encounters happen and new loves begin. Together with lead agency TBWA and Het Station, we aim to showcase these unique experiences and special places. The Instagram channel @het.station was born!
Through community building and social advertising, we have attracted as many people as possible to the channel. We are building an engaged community, creating positive sentiment around train stations across the Netherlands, and interacting proactively with the community.
With our strategy, we are building an engaged fanbase. And with success! Within a few weeks, we have welcomed 2300 followers (starting from zero), and this number grows by 97% weekly. Our trending comments are well-received with hundreds of likes, and 96% of the reactions are positive. We have already reached millions of people and received 4281 engagements in a short period.
