Uit dit kwartaalonderzoek van juli t\/m september 2020 is de\u00a0Efteling\u00a0dit keer als winnaar gekomen, met de beste engagement rate in combinatie met het aantal volgers.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Het onderzoek is gehouden onder Nederlandse merken of internationale merken met een Nederlands Instagram account en focust zich op de engagement rate* in combinatie met het aantal volgers. Dat doen is niet voor niets, we vinden het volgersaantal net zo belangrijk als interactie. Er is gekeken naar zowel de grootte van de fanbase, als naar de hoeveelheid reacties en likes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">En dat de betrokkenheid van de fans bij de\u00a0Efteling nog steeds groeit,\u00a0vertelt Vera-Jasmijn van Goor, Social media Specialist Efteling:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>\u201cUser generated content staat centraal op het Instagram-kanaal van de\u00a0Efteling,\u00a080% van alle content op ons kanaal komt van\u00a0Efteling-bezoekers. Geen gemaakte setting, maar pure beelden die de \u00e9chte beleving laten zien. Dat vinden wij belangrijk, want die content is relevant, actueel en geloofwaardig. Statistieken van het afgelopen jaar laten een sterke groei zien in interactie. Waarin we een aantal jaar geleden alleen de jongere doelgroep aan ons wisten te binden, wordt die doelgroep nu steeds breder.
