De afgelopen 3 maanden heeft Somention weer onderzoek gedaan naar de 100 belangrijkste Nederlandse merken op Instagram ter lancering van de Instagram top 100<\/a>. Uit kwartaalonderzoek van april t\/m juni 2020 is Bol.com dit keer als winnaar gekomen, met de beste engagement rate in combinatie met het aantal volgers.<\/i><\/p>\n

Tom Hensen, Manager Social & Content Marketing Bol.com: ‘Twee jaar geleden ben ik gestart met het bouwen van een team dat als een van de prioriteiten kreeg om Instagram net zo succesvol te laten zijn als ons Facebook-kanaal. Uit onderzoek merkten we dat we jongeren relatief weinig bereikten met onze media uitingen, dus hebben we daar vol op ingezet. Met een super creatief team dat dagelijks de rol van persona \u2018Gerda\u2019 op zich neemt en veel testen van formats, hebben we nu engagement cijfers die onze doelstellingen ver overtreffen. Onlangs hadden we meer dan 80.000 shares op 1 Instagram post, volledig organisch. Statistieken laten nu zien dat we het enorm goed doen in deze doelgroep, ook kwalitatief gemeten. Dus ik ben het volledig met Diederik eens, interactie met de doelgroep is enorm belangrijk voor je merk!\u201d<\/p>\n

Het onderzoek is gehouden onder Nederlandse merken of internationale merken met een Nederlands Instagram account en focust zich op de engagement rate* in combinatie met het aantal volgers. Er is gekeken naar zowel de grootte van de fanbase, als naar de hoeveelheid reacties en likes*.<\/p>\n

* Engagement Rate is het aantal reacties en likes per post gedeeld door het aantal volgers op dat moment. De ER is gebaseerd op het gemiddelde van de laatste 12 berichten.<\/p>\n
